While we take all reasonable measures to ensure quality and safety, Your Construction Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project execution. Our liability is limited to the total project fees paid.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the terms outlined. In such cases, any work completed or costs incurred up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.
